The Yamaha YV100X is a versatile, high-precision, and high-speed SMT mounter engineered for diverse requirements in modern electronics manufacturing. It incorporates advanced vision processing technology and robust placement capabilities, efficiently handling various PCB types—including extended-length and flexible boards. Its applications span energy meters, mobile chargers, FM USB cards, lighting products, driver PCBs, SMPS power supplies, and inverter PCBs.

• High-Speed Placement: Equipped with eight placement heads and optimized motion control algorithms, the YV100X achieves speeds up to 20,000 components per hour (CPH). Chip components are placed in 0.198 seconds per piece, while QFP components require 1.7 seconds, significantly reducing production cycles.
• Precision Placement: A multi-angle high-speed vision system ensures accurate recognition of components and PCB fiducial marks, delivering placement accuracy of ±0.1mm for chips and ±0.08mm for QFPs. This reduces defect rates and improves product reliability.
• Component Compatibility: The machine accommodates components ranging from 0.6mm × 0.3mm to 32mm × 100mm, with a maximum height of 6.5mm. This versatility minimizes equipment adjustments for complex boards.
• PCB Handling Flexibility: Supports PCB sizes from 50mm × 50mm to 460mm × 335mm, with extended handling capabilities for boards up to 1,200mm in length, including flexible and 4-foot-long PCBs.
• Feeder Configuration: With 100 slots for 8mm feeders, the YV100X can simultaneously manage multiple feeder types, reducing changeover time and boosting efficiency.
• Angular Precision: Offers a ±180° placement angle range with 0.01° accuracy, ensuring correct component orientation and minimizing soldering defects.
