The Yamaha YV100X is a versatile, high-precision, and high-speed SMT mounter engineered for diverse requirements in modern electronics manufacturing. Its applications span energy meters, mobile chargers, FM USB cards, lighting products, driver PCBs, SMPS power supplies, and inverter PCBs.

  • High-Speed Placement: Equipped with eight placement heads and optimized motion control algorithms, the YV100X achieves speeds up to 20,000 components per hour (CPH). Chip components are placed in 0.198 seconds per piece, while QFP components require 1.7 seconds, significantly reducing production cycles.
  • Precision Placement: A multi-angle high-speed vision system ensures accurate recognition of components and PCB fiducial marks, delivering placement accuracy of ±0.1mm for chips and ±0.08mm for QFPs. This reduces defect rates and improves product reliability.
  • Component Compatibility: The machine accommodates components ranging from 0.6mm × 0.3mm to 32mm × 100mm, with a maximum height of 6.5mm. This versatility minimizes equipment adjustments for complex boards.
